🎆 Red, White and BOOM Fireworks Show July 4th

The City of Jackson Georgia and the Butts County Department of Leisure Services is proud to host the 2021 July 4th Fireworks show “Red, White and BOOM” on Sunday, July 4th at the Daughtry Recreation Park. The gates open at 5:00 P.M. at 576 Ernest Biles Drive in Jackson and the show will begin at dark. Once you are in the park, enjoy the many family-friendly things to do, featuring:

Food – Festivities – Family Fun – Games – Wet & Dry Inflatables – Music – Watermelon Eating Contest – Plus More!
Admission is $5:00 per car and will be collected at the gates. These fees go completely towards the costs of next year’s fireworks show. We hope to see you at Daughtry Park on July 4th for our celebration of Independence Day!

About the Author: Michael Brewer is a native of Jackson, Georgia who enjoys writing, music, history and architecture. He enjoys working in community advocacy, promoting his community and enhancing tourism opportunities in his region. He is the owner, writer and publisher for this website on local tourism and curates a large collection of photographs and historical records that chronicle much of the history of the county. Most recently, he served as the Project Restoration Director for the Historic 1898 Butts County Courthouse Rehabilitation Project, leading the interior restoration project which was completed in early 2021. He is member of the Society of Architectural Historians, which promotes the study, interpretation and conservation of architecture, design, landscapes, and urbanism worldwide for the benefit of all.
